Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 6 to 10 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role. Responsibilities include driving project strategies, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards. Job Descriptions
To drive and implement Project Management Strategies to achieve effective time, cost, quality and environmental management.
To consult and cooperate with HOD, Senior Managers, as well as Authorities to ensure timely completion of functional and operational tasks.
To direct, supervise and develop Assistant Manager and Senior Executives’ capabilities to ensure productive and effective project Management team manpower plans.
To monitor and control guidelines, best practices, SOPs and related legislations to ensure compliance with the company standards and its effectiveness.
To ensure compliance to Quality and Environmental Management systems at respective project sites.
To monitor and advise contractors as well as consultants’ work progress to ensure effective time, cost, quality and environmental management outcome.
To manage and supervise executives as well as talents to ensure the readiness of talents for succession and maintain leadership pipeline.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Construction Science, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Diploma holders with relevant working experience will also be considered.
Ideally 6 to 10 years of experience with minimally 3‑5 years of managerial capacity in project/construction management/consultancy.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong understanding of entire real estate project management lifecycle from acquisition to project completion.
Possess knowledge and/or familiar with QESHMS.
Familiar with MS Office and project management tools/software.
Willing to learn and proactive.
Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH legal & other requirements and EHS practices would be an added advantage.
