Responsibilities

Primary role: Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare and check BOQ, cost estimates, and tender pricing
• Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Assist in cost control and material quantity tracking
• Coordinate with project and site teams on costing matters

Backup role: Backup Drafting Support

• Assist in AutoCAD drawings when required (backup support only)
• Amend shop drawings / as-built drawings based on site mark-ups
• Support submission drawings during peak periods
