Seeking a diligent and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the dynamic team at Golden Circle Construction SDN BHD in Sitiawan, Perak. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring the successful delivery of our clients' objectives.
- Preparing and analysing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents
- Negotiating and administering construction contracts
- Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process
- Providing financial reporting and advising project managers on budgetary matters
- Resolving contractual and financial issues that may arise during projects
- Liaising with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met
- Maintaining comprehensive project records and documentation
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, contracts and cost management techniques
- Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
