Job description

Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

Negotiating and administering construction contracts

Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure they remain within budget

Measuring and valuing work completed by contractors and subcontractors

Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing cost-control measures

Preparing progress reports and presenting findings to project stakeholders

Providing guidance and support to project managers and other team members

What we're looking for

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field

Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and project management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong communication and negotiation skills
