Seeking a diligent and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the dynamic team at Golden Circle Construction SDN BHD in Sitiawan, Perak. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring the successful delivery of our clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and analysing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents
• Negotiating and administering construction contracts
• Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process
• Providing financial reporting and advising project managers on budgetary matters
• Resolving contractual and financial issues that may arise during projects
• Liaising with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met
• Maintaining comprehensive project records and documentation

What We're Looking For

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Excellent understanding of construction processes, contracts and cost management techniques
• Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
