Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Site QS experience in the construction field.
  • Pre & Post contracts management experience in fast track projects.
  • Strong knowledge in quantity take-off, site measurement, and claim evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and administer various contracts and sub-contract works.
  • Negotiate building and material costs with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare progress claims and invoices for clients.
