An international FMCG company is looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to join their team in Ara Damansara, Malaysia. The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and at least 6 years of experience in full set accounting. Key responsibilities include managing bank reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsabilidades
- Handle full set accounts and prepare financial reports.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies in accounting practices.
- Liaise with auditors as required.

We are representing an international FMCG company and as they are expanding, they are hiring Senior Accounts Executive to join the team in Ara Damansara.
- Able to handle full set accounts, prepare monthly closing and financial reports independently under minimum supervision.
- Matching and performing the monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts.
- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy.
- Matching bill for petty cash reimbursement and allocation outlet.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to the management in a timely and accurate manner. Will involve in statutory reports preparation as well.
- Ensure the work submitted is complete, accurate, and according to the deadline.
- You will be liaising with auditors as and when required.
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned/requested.
- Minimum with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant field.
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in full set accounting.
- Experienced in full set accounting including managing SST and E-invoicing.
- Have experience in using Accounting Software.
- Good communication skill in English & Mandarin (Due to business nature)
Working Hour:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am 6:00pm (Flexi Hour)
