Job description

As the Senior Leasing Executive at KPIX VENTURE SDN BHD', you will play a crucial role in the company's retail and property development operations. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and involves managing the leasing of commercial properties to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue generation.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants
• Negotiating and finalising lease agreements with prospective malls
• Managing the ongoing relationship with existing contract, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new leasing opportunities
• Maintaining detailed records of all leasing activities and generating regular reports for management
• Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote available properties

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior leasing or property management role, preferably in the retail or commercial property sectors
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends, as well as a good network of industry contacts
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in achieving leasing targets and maximising property occupancy
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use relevant software and systems
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
