Job Description
Your role as a Pricing Manager, Route Revenue

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of pricing activities, tools, and strategies. This role requires a unique combination of strong technical capabilities, analytical expertise, and commercial acumen. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Management, IT, Sales, System Vendor and Data Science teams to ensure pricing implementation and execution drive revenue growth efficiently.

What you'll champion
  • Design, develop, and maintain pricing processes and tools to support business objectives.
  • Drive implementation of price changes and governance processes across products and channels.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management and IT department to evaluate the impact of new pricing structures.
  • Monitor pricing performance and KPIs; recommend and execute optimizations as needed.
  • Support pricing simulations, scenario modeling, and customer segmentation efforts through automation.
  • Lead pricing-related initiatives such as bundling, discount management, and promotional pricing.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders on issues and recommendations on fare configurations.
  • Participate in testing within the system to adopt the best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies and provide training to junior team members.
Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a pricing implementation managerial role, revenue management or a related field (experience in the hotel, online travel agencies, hospitality, retail, or travel industry will be considered).
  • Strong proficiency in using Excel, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools (Phyton, Google BigQuery, or similar tools are a plus) for automation purpose.
  • Knowledgeable on ATPCO and interline fare filing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and fare filing.
  • Experience in testing and validation of new products.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
