Job description

As a Site Safety Supervisor at BRAMA IMPRESA DESIGN & BUILD SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures at our construction site in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and well‑being of our employees, contractors and visitors on site.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards
• Providing training and guidance to site personnel on safe work practices and compliance with relevant regulations
• Investigating and reporting on incidents, accidents and near‑misses, and implementing corrective actions
• Liaising with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders to ensure the site meets all health, safety and environmental requirements
• Maintaining comprehensive safety records and documentation
• Promoting a positive safety culture through effective communication and active engagement with the site team
• Able to carry out any other tasks requested by Management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Fresh graduates or those with minimal experience are welcome to apply
• Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and influence site personnel
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a proactive and vigilant approach to safety
• Proficiency in using safety management software and tools
• A relevant safety or construction‑related qualification, such as a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or a Certificate in Construction Site Safety
