Job summary

A property management firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking candidates to manage day-to-day operations of an industrial site. Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day operations of the industrial/site.
  • Work closely with the team on marketing or engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead a team of staff for operational tasks.
  • Assist with preparation of meeting minutes for AGMs and EGMs.
  • Maintain rapport with tenants, owners, and local authorities.
  • Implement Quality Management System and ensure compliance.
  • Be responsive and communicative via emails or social applications.
Job description
  • Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day operations of the industrial/site, including building maintenance, housekeeping, security, tenant occupancy, and collections.
  • Work closely with the team to plan, organize, and execute marketing or engagement activities to increase visibility and traffic within the site.
  • Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead a team of technical and non-technical staff to carry out necessary operational tasks.
  • Assisting with the preparation of minutes for meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
  • Maintain strong rapport and positive working relationships with tenants, owners, contractors, and local authorities.
  • To ensure effective implementation of Quality Management System and its compliance with the relevant acts, laws, rules and regulation, statutory requirements and guidelines issued by regulatory bodies and company’s policies and procedures.
  • To be responsive and communicative in Company’s or committee group via emails, or any other related social application in work related during weekdays or / and on weekends.
