Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the institution’s strategic objectives and long‑term vision.
- Create, edit, and manage compelling multimedia content — including videos, graphics, and digital campaigns — to enhance engagement across social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Oversee and enhance the institution’s online presence, including website management, SEO optimisation, social media activity, and digital advertising initiatives.
- Design and lead targeted email marketing and digital outreach efforts to connect with and retain key audiences.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on digital campaign performance, leveraging analytics to inform and refine future strategies.
- Maintain a unified brand image across all digital and traditional communication channels.
- Contribute to school events and community initiatives, supporting public relations activities and communication delivery as needed.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure seamless and effective implementation of digital strategies.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of three years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, or strategic communications is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong proficiency with creative and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Experience working within the education sector or with educational institutions is highly desirable, though applicants from diverse industries are welcome.
