Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior M&E Site Supervisor to join our team at HMK BINA SDN BHD in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. This position is a crucial role within our organisation, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects.

Job Role

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the M&E site team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Interpreting and translating technical drawings and specifications into actionable work plans for the site team
• Monitoring the installation, testing and commissioning of all M&E systems and equipment
• Identifying and resolving any technical issues or challenges that arise on site
• Liaising with staffs and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we’re looking for

• 5 years of experience as an M&E Site Supervisor in construction industry (Building & Infra)
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection
• Excellent project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and management abilities
• Proven track record of delivering complex M&E projects to a high standard
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
