The Growth Enablement Analyst supports the GM, Strategy Enablement by delivering detailed analysis, planning, tracking, and strategic execution oversight. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining a GFS Factsheet, conducting data analysis to support business case processes, and tracking regional and market‑level strategic initiatives. The analyst consolidates best practices from across regions and markets, scans the environment for key trends by leveraging Group Strategy, SODA, and Insights, and acts as the planning and reporting interface with the Group Transformation Office (GTO).

• Support the GM with detailed analysis, planning, tracking, and strategic execution oversight.
• Establish and maintain a Global Foodservice (GFS) Factsheet for performance tracking.
• Conduct data analysis and support the business case process for new initiatives.
• Performance tracking of regional/market‑level strategic initiatives.
• Consolidate and share best practices from regions/markets.
• Conduct environment scanning and analysis of key trends, leveraging Group Strategy and Insights.
• Act as a planning and reporting interface with the Group Transformation Office (GTO).
• Capture and synthesize cross‑market capability needs and support the development of a capability roadmap for GFS.

• Tertiary qualification in business administration, commerce or a business‑related discipline.
• Minimum 3‑5 years experience in Analyst or similar roles, preferably in multinational or FMCG environments.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to connect enterprise strategy with market‑level execution.
• Experience in strategic planning, business case development, and performance tracking.
• Skilled in synthesizing insights from multiple sources and translating them into actionable recommendations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, SODA and AI tools.
• Strong communication skills, with excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills. Comfortable working across different levels of an organisation.
