A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an International Customer Service Engineer based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves the installation, training, and maintenance of vision inspection systems, while ensuring strong customer relationships. - Handle machine maintenance and conduct troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Travel frequently across the country and occasionally overseas.
- Over 2 years of experience in similar technical service roles. Experience with inspection suppliers or printing machinery is a plus.
- Diploma or higher education, preferably in mechanical, IT, automation, or electrical engineering.
- Fluent in Mandarin. Reside near Kuala Lumpur. Good communication skills, hardworking, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read and create basic drawings.
- Proficient with office software such as Microsoft Office and WPS; basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
