Customer Service Officer - Japanese Speaking (Petaling Jaya)
Job summary
A customer service firm is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Petaling Jaya to assist Japanese-speaking customers. Responsibilities include liaising with the Tokyo office on visa applications, providing study and insurance support, and performing administrative tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and candidates must be fluent in Japanese and possess strong communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to engage and support a diverse clientele in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous working experience in customer service is preferred.
- Good telephone etiquette with a friendly voice.
- Ability to communicate effectively and assist customers.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Tokyo office and customers on visa applications.
- Provide study and insurance support to customers.
- Assist Japanese customers with communication and admin tasks.

- MM2H & PVIP visa application—liaise with Tokyo office and customers.

Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields
- Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Social media savvy
- Must be able to speak and write in Japanese.
