Responsibilities
  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide accurate, helpful information
  • Build trust and long-term relationships through thoughtful, interactive communication
  • Resolve complaints efficiently: propose solutions, follow up, and make sure issues are fully addressed
  • Maintain detailed customer records and update accounts in our system
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies at all times
  • Go above and beyond: take the extra mile to delight customers and exceed expectations
Requirements & Skills
