Join Aurecon’s APAC Winning Work team to support proposal development through research, data management, and knowledge sharing in a hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Research and source data related to Aurecon’s engineering, design, and infrastructure projects across sectors such as transport, water, energy, and built environment.
• Maintain the company knowledge base by writing, revising, and editing technical content to ensure accurate and up-to-date information sharing.
• Perform data and information quality audits to verify accuracy and completeness of project data and engineering records, supporting compliance and continuous improvement.
• Conduct data assessments to identify trends in successful proposals, tenders, bids, and projects for client and work retention.
• Support and guide users of company information repositories and systems on best practices aligned with Aurecon’s standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across geographies and markets to apply skills and creativity to projects.

About You
