Unisteel Technology (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading precision component manufacturing company, is seeking a talented Procurement Officer/Executive to join their dynamic team in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. This full‑time position is open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates looking to kickstart their career in the exciting world of procurement and supply chain management.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage suppliers to ensure good performance, reliability, and continuous improvement
• Monitor delivery schedules and control inventory levels to support production needs
• Plan, implement, and monitor shipment arrangements with suppliers
• Ensure all materials and components are delivered on time
• Work with suppliers to establish and drive cost‑reduction initiatives
• Execute and support daily purchasing activities to ensure all requirements are processed promptly and accurately
• Review purchase requests and ensure all purchases comply with company purchasing policies and procedures
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including purchasing updates, cost‑saving reports, and supplier delivery performance
• Coordinate with the logistics team on shipment arrangements and customs exemption applications
• Assist in developing and implementing departmental processes and procedures
• Maintain proper document control and an organized filing system

What we're looking for

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing or a related discipline
