Job summary

A leading recruitment platform is seeking motivated individuals for a sales role in Kuala Lumpur. Job Description & Responsibilities:

Good working attitude and self-motivated.

Handle all incoming sales enquiries including walk-in, phone calls, email and other media, events and etc.

Liaise with buyers on all relevant documentation to ensure the smooth and efficient transaction.

Organize, follow up and monitor the completion of sales transactions up to SPA signed and approval of bank loan.

Rotate duty at sales gallery / roadshow

Requirements:

Must possess a minimum qualification of SPM

Candidates with property experience or without experience, we will provide training

Able to work during weekends and public holidays

Good communication skills, independent and fast learner
