Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and content writing.
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and other content tools.
- Solid understanding of social media trends and algorithm behavior.
- Experience managing paid ads (Google, Instagram, TikTok).
- Strong analytical skills — able to interpret data and prepare marketing reports.
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Independent, proactive, and passionate about branding and digital storytelling.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Conceptualize, produce, and manage short‑form videos and graphic posts for TikTok, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Plan and schedule content for consistent posting and engagement.
- Keep up with social media trends, viral formats, and algorithm changes.
- Use tools like Canva, CapCut, and other design/video platforms to create high-quality content.
Community Engagement & Customer Interaction
- Respond to customer messages and comments across all platforms promptly and professionally.
- Build genuine engagement with followers to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Monitor online conversations and maintain a positive brand presence.
KOL & Influencer Marketing
- Identify, shortlist, and collaborate with suitable KOLs, influencers, and creators.
- Manage partnership negotiations and ensure content aligns with brand goals.
- Track influencer campaign performance and ROI.
Marketing Campaigns & Digital Advertising
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with branding and sales objectives.
- Create promotional/seasonal marketing materials.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid media.
- Analyze campaign performance and social media insights to refine strategies.
- Prepare bi-weekly marketing reports for internal review.
- Stay informed on digital marketing best practices and platform updates.
Event & Retail Support
- Assist in planning and executing pop‑ups, collaborations, and offline brand activations.
- Support retail and in‑store marketing activities when needed.
Ad Hoc Marketing Tasks
- Assist with partnerships, branding initiatives, and other marketing‑related assignments.
