Digital Marketing Specialist (Vietnam & Thailand)
Job summary
A digital marketing agency in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to manage and analyze campaigns across Vietnam and Thailand. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields, is fluent in Vietnamese or Thai, and possesses strong analytical and time management skills. Responsibilities include developing localized content, collaborating with clients, and overseeing digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook and Google. This position requires multitasking and staying on top of the latest marketing trends.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Vietnamese or Thai, with good command of English.
- Prior experience in digital marketing preferred.
- Familiar with local digital platforms and consumer behaviour.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance across Vietnam & Thailand.
- Evaluate campaign data, providing optimizations and recommendations.
- Oversee local marketing content development and execution.
- Collaborate with clients to design and execute digital campaigns.
- Manage client expectations and lead weekly check-ins.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends relevant to Southeast Asia.
- Assist with administrative tasks in marketing operations.
- Manage marketing strategies across key digital platforms.
- Adapt marketing materials for local audiences.

Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance across Vietnam & Thailand markets.
Evaluate campaign data, and provide statistically sound optimisations and actionable recommendations.
Oversee the development and copywriting of localised online marketing content and campaign collateral.
Collaborate closely with client servicing teams to plan, brainstorm, and execute tailored digital campaigns.
Manage client expectations and lead weekly check-ins; ensure proactive follow-ups with clients.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, traffic sources, and performance marketing strategies relevant to Southeast Asia.
Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations.
Manage and execute marketing strategies across key digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) for the target markets.
Support the preparation and adaptation of marketing materials for local audiences.
Execute other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing/Multimedia Management/Advertising/Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Vietnamese with English (fluent in written and spoken), or Thai with English.
- Preferably with prior experience in any digital marketing agencies or field.
- Familiarity with local digital platforms, consumer behaviour, and marketing trends in Vietnam and Thailand is preferred.
- Experienced in managing Google Ads would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
- Able to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
- Good time management skill, good attitude, responsible and discipline.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese or Thai to handle localised content and communication.
