Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded ds MARKETING EXECUTIVE to support and execute marketing strategies and initiatives in strengthening our Brand and enhancing Customer Service and engagement across our products and services at our Retail stations, in line with the Company’s objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, development and implementation of Marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activities for fuels, lubricants, Retail stations and related services.
  • Execute Brand Communications with Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) support in a timely manner, aligned to branding guidelines and messaging.
  • Develop and support Digital Marketing content including social media and website updates.
  • Liaise with creative agencies, printers and vendors for creative development and production.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Co-ordinate product launches, promotions and experiential marketing events and sponsorships.
  • Support and work closely with other Departments to drive volume, growth and station network performance collectively.
  • Assist in driving CRM and Loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration or related field.
  • Candidates with 2-3 years of marketing experience in Oil & Gas, FMCG, Retail and E-Commerce industry. Fresh graduates who demonstrate strong capabilities and achievements are also encouraged to apply.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles, branding and campaign execution.
  • Analytical and demonstrate strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Knowledge and exposure to Digital Marketing and online platforms is an added advantage.
