Pilloo Trading Sdn. Bhd. is a growing baby‑care brand. We are looking for a Marketing Executive, Brand & Growth to support our marketing activities across digital, offline, and community channels. This role focuses on executing campaigns, managing social media, supporting brand events, and using data to improve marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media
  • Plan and execute monthly content with the content/video team.
  • Run digital campaigns including social media, email, and paid ads.
  • Update and maintain website content.
  • Track and optimise performance (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions).
Community & Partnership
  • Grow and engage mummy community online.
Offline Marketing & Events
  • Assist in planning and executing offline marketing activities and brand events.
  • Research and support participation in baby fairs, roadshows, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate event materials, vendors, and on‑ground support.
Reporting & Insights
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research.
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Provide suggestions to improve campaigns based on data and feedback.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (brand, communications, or digital marketing preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
