A leading ICT company is seeking a Marketing Manager based in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will develop annual marketing strategies, manage on-site events, and analyze campaign performance. Candidates should have a degree in Marketing or Business Administration and 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the ICT industry. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, which aims to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement through various marketing initiatives.
Understand the Business Strategies of Huawei and develop the annual marketing strategies, plans, budget based on the business strategies.
Co-operate with business development team and partner development team on the workshop and on-site marketing events for targeting industries.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Collaborate with outsource vendors, event organizers and channel partners for marketing events.
Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on a predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM, project management and similar systems.
Develop and implement a complete brand plan, clearly disseminate the value of Huawei products and solutions by various channels, such as large exhibitions, high-level summits, and workshops. Improve the recognition of products and solutions, and promote the success of frontline projects.
