A dynamic marketing agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Affiliate Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will manage affiliate acquisitions and optimize digital campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Applicants should have a relevant degree and 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or affiliate marketing. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Office will be advantageous.
We’re looking for a young, energetic, and dedicated Affiliate Marketing Executive. You will be working closely with both internal and external teams to ensure successful project deliveries and client engagement.
To focus on affiliate acquisitions and conversions, primarily on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google.
Create content, landing pages and optimize user experience to increase qualified marketing leads and conversions.
Manage and optimize landing page content through SEO and Google Analytics.
To develop social campaigns and brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Preferably experienced in email marketing planning & implementation.
Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to effectively devise, structure and deliver marketing strategies.
Coordinating with designers to ensure that all design objectives are in line with resolved digital marketing strategies.
To plan and to monitor campaigns’ spending against the budget allocated.
Analyse and report audience information and demographics, as well as the success of the social media projects.
To prepare reports on a timely manner on the campaigns’ performance.
Manage and deal with media network admin and owner.
Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, Psychology, or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels including Facebook/Instagram and other third-party ad platforms.
Experience in marketing agency, e-Commerce or affiliate marketing will be an added advantage.
Tech savvy and has good knowledge of online marketing tools.
Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated, good time-management skills and disciplined.
Problem solving and willingness to learn.
Cooperative team player with ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Required language: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
