As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in enhancing brand presence, executing marketing strategies, and supporting various client and in-house campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns (online & offline) for various brands
• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu)
• Plan and execute seasonal or thematic promotions and activations
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external partners (influencers, media, vendors)
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, suggesting improvements
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure brand competitiveness
• Support branding, product launches, and store-level marketing initiatives
• Occasionally visit outlets to collect content or coordinate promotions

What we’re looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma/degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related fields
• At least 2–5 years of experience in a marketing-related role, preferably in F&B, retail, or lifestyle industry
• Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and writing skills (Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Creative, resourceful, and self-driven with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or other basic design/video editing tools is an advantage
• Must be willing to work from office (Puchong Jaya) and visit outlets when needed
