A leading e-commerce company is seeking an experienced E-commerce & Marketing Manager based in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy, managing e-commerce platforms like Shopify and TikTok Shop, and leading a marketing team. An ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or a related field, along with 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in lifestyle or consumer brands. Strong leadership and digital marketing skills are critical for this role.
We are seeking a E-commerce & Marketing Manager based in KL to lead the strategy, performance, and digital growth of our Singapore brands. You will drive campaign planning, e-commerce optimisation, social media direction, and livestream initiatives, while managing a KL-based marketing team and working closely with our Singapore office.
Lead annual marketing and e-commerce strategy for FarEastFlora.com, Roses Only Singapore, and other assigned brands.
Oversee e-commerce platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, TikTok Shop) — product presentation, onsite content, promotions, and conversion optimisation.
Drive e-commerce performance by optimising product presentation, promotional planning, and customer journeys across Shopify, marketplaces, and TikTok Shop for all assigned brands.
Direct social media, content pillars, short‑form video strategy, and livestream planning/hosting oversight.
Manage CRM and email marketing via Klaviyo, including segmentation and campaign performance.
Leverage data and insights to guide decisions, improve conversions, enhance customer engagement, and identify new growth opportunities across brands.
Work closely with SG teams to coordinate launches, festive campaigns, and promotional planning.
Lead and mentor a KL‑based team of marketers.
Represent the marketing function in brand reviews, planning meetings, and creative discussions.
Peak‑season requirement: Must be in Singapore during Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day peak weeks for on‑ground campaign and e‑commerce coordination.
Degree in Marketing, E‑commerce, Mass Comm, Business, or related field.
4–6 years’ experience in marketing or e‑commerce, preferably in lifestyle/retail/F&B/consumer brands.
Demonstrated ability to lead integrated marketing plans across multiple channels and brands.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, e‑commerce funnels, social platforms, and livestream formats.
Comfortable overseeing or participating in livestream content (planning, briefing, reviewing scripts; on‑camera presence is a bonus).
Proficient with Shopify, marketplaces, TikTok Shop, Klaviyo, and GA4.
Excellent command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to travel, including mandatory SG peak‑season presence.
