Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive / Specialist to support and execute KITSUI’s marketing initiatives for the Indonesian market. This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales through influencer (KOL / Celebrity / Ambassador) collaborations, social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and engage suitable KOLs, celebrities, and brand ambassadors aligned with KITSUI’s brand positioning.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer campaigns to meet brand awareness, engagement, and conversion objectives.
- Manage end-to-end KOL campaigns including briefing, negotiation, content approval, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
- Ensure all influencer content complies with brand guidelines, messaging, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, agencies, and partners.
- Plan, schedule, and manage content across all relevant social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
- Monitor daily social media activity to ensure timely posting and consistent brand presence.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and market preferences in Indonesia.
- Develop engaging, localized copy in line with KITSUI’s brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Create content ideas for social posts, influencer briefs, captions, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce visually appealing and high-performing content.
- Ensure content is culturally relevant and resonates with the Indonesian audience.
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Support product launches, promotional events, livestream campaigns, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, tags, and direct messages across social platforms.
- Maintain a positive and consistent brand image in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve issues and support conversion opportunities.
- Maintain organized records of KOL collaborations, campaign assets, and performance results.
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and post‑campaign evaluations.
- Track campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team as required.
- Take on special assignments or projects assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Familiar with social media platforms, trends, and influencer ecosystems in Indonesia.
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
