A leading automotive company is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to manage events and execute BTL marketing initiatives. The role involves organizing corporate events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring brand visibility. Candidates should have a degree in Marketing or related fields, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office. The position may require travel and weekend work for events.
To plan, coordinate and execute all event and below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support overall marketing objectives
To work closely with internal departments, agencies, and vendors to ensure effective implementation and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Plan, organise, and execute corporate events, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, dealer events, and customer engagement activities.
Coordinate logistics including venue booking, layout setup, equipment, transportation, and manpower.
Manage event timelines, budgets, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiations.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate identity during all events.
Conduct post-event evaluation and prepare reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales Team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on campaign goals.
Handle administrative tasks such as purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and documentation.
Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
Liaise with external vendors, event companies, creative agencies, media partners, and printers.
Maintain good working relationships with dealers, business partners, and internal departments.
Provide weekly/monthly updates on event status, budget utilization, and campaign outcomes.
Prepare post-mortem reports for each event or BTL activity with performance tracking.
