Job description
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in F&B, hospitality or retail.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging and informative content for various platforms.
- Experience conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work onsite at Jaslyn Cakes Mont Kiara / Head Office at Sri Hartamas.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently.
- Will be great if experienced in Photography/Videography & familiarity with cafe culture and F&B trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Jaslyn Cakes’ brand, products, and services, aligning with overall business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Lead the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising, to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and curate engaging content for Jaslyn Cakes’ social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and relevance to target audiences.
- Oversee brand management activities, including maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, and monitoring brand perception to enhance brand equity and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including operations, culinary, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Outlet Manager and Bakers team for menu promotions.
- Support on‑ground marketing activities, pop‑ups and special events.
- Assist with product packaging, printed collateral, and promotional displays.
- Design simple but polished social media visuals, posters, table toppers, EDMs, menu highlights, and event flyers.
- Work primarily with Canva or similar tools; basic Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator/Lightroom/Premiere) is a plus.
