The marketing Coordinator acts as the vendor performance manager and will oversee and optimize the performance of outsourced vendors supporting the marketing department. This role involves ensuring vendors meet contractual obligations, deliver high-quality services, and align with the department's strategic goals. This individual will assist in content creation, campaign tracking, event coordination, social media management, and general marketing operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, product) to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Maintain and update marketing materials and content for websites, blogs, and presentations
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and webinars
  • Handle administrative tasks to support the marketing department
Vendor Performance Management
  • Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon KPIs and SLAs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.

Contract and Relationship Management
