Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing the group marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and inflight revenue across Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, and Cambodia.

Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective execution of marketing strategies across all markets.

Support the planning and execution of quarterly menu launches and other key marketing campaigns.

Provide guidance to regional teams in the execution of localized marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Reporting & Analysis

Manage the reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns, performance metrics, and ROI, offering actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve marketing outcomes by leveraging data and industry best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of marketing or brand management experience, with 1-2 years in a regional role, preferably in F&B, Lifestyle, or Consumer Goods sectors.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and a creative mindset.

Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and sales.

Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
