Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of properties sales and marketing activities.
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to meet and achieve the targeted KPIs, grow sales volume and profitability, and meet the customers’ expectations.
  • Formulate and implement strategic corporate plans to meet and exceed the company’s sales/profit targets (pricing, marketing, A & P, budget, events launching, sales documentation, etc.).
  • Overall sales administration: monitor and track sales progress, close sales deals, credit control up to vacant possession.
  • Assist customers in obtaining end financing and arrange necessary documents to be executed by customers with the company’s panel of lawyers.
  • Lead, motivate and coach the sales and marketing team to achieve targeted profits.
  • Provide up-to-date market intelligence to the sales and marketing team for developing and executing promotional strategies to increase marketability of projects.
  • Lead and participate in sale and marketing events and roadshows and ensure that all marketing tools and advertisements are up-to-date.
  • Provide regular comprehensive sales and marketing audit/reports, feasibility studies, market survey and analysis.
  • Proactively resolve customers’ complaints and feedback to the Management, report actions taken to resolve customers’ issues.
  • Ensure the sales and marketing team coordinate the handing over possession of properties to the purchasers professionally.
  • Ensure that all governmental application, sales conveyancing and marketing activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner.
