Job description
Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns to promote automotive glass products and services.
  • Drive brand positioning across OEM, OES, and aftermarket channels.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials, including merchandising tools, presentations, and digital content.
  • Manage customer and public inquiries professionally to maintain strong relationships.
  • Lead digital marketing activities (social media, website, SEO/SEM, email campaigns) to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Strategically plan and lead trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities to directly engage dealers, workshops, distributors, insurers, and end users.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance, campaigns, and insights recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
  • Propose and prepare yearly marketing budget and budget tracking report.
Qualifications
  • Requirement
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of marketing experience.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing platforms.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently while leading and mentoring junior team members.
    • Willingness to travel for dealer visits, events, and exhibitions.
    • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and trends.
    • Knowledge or interest in the automotive glass / automotive parts industry is an added advantage.
