We are seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at WARISAN KELUARGA ALBAKRI PLT. in Batu Gajah, Perak. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in planning, executing, and promoting events that align with our company's marketing and communication objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to create engaging event concepts and content
• Manage the end-to-end logistics of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination
• Develop and execute effective promotional campaigns across multiple channels to generate interest and registrations
• Analyse event performance data and provide recommendations to continuously improve event planning and marketing
• Ensure all events are executed within budget and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in event marketing or similar roles within the marketing and communications industry
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful event marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
