Job summary

Job description

Lead and oversee the creative team to ensure all design and content outputs meet brand standards and project objectives.

Design all branding & marketing materials for both digital and offline platforms, including social media graphics, brochures, posters, digital ads, and more.

To manage, create creative and fresh artworks for the company's social media & e-Commerce platforms. E.g. Instagram, FB, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok & etc.

Ensure that all visual outputs align with the company’s brand identity, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and message across all platforms.

Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, ecommerce, and in-store events.

Stay informed on current design trends, social media aesthetics and creative technologies.

Regularly conduct visual reviews of competitor and industry content to keep creative direction fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Plan and coordinate creative shooting projects, including the development of mood boards to establish visual direction and concept alignment.

Create compelling written content across various platforms, including product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, social media captions, video scripts, and presentation materials.

Basic video editing would be an added advantage.

Work closely with the other team members to design and develop content for all platforms. Any ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Graphic Design or Multimedia Design.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in design is required for this position.
  • Required skills: Well versed in Adobe software like Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro or Capcut is an added advantage.
