Admissions, Enrolment & Marketing Manager

LOCATION: BANDAR SERI COALFIELDS, SUNGAI BULOH

Wesley Methodist School Bandar Seri Coalfields (Private) (WMSBSCP) is seeking a purpose-driven and strategic Admissions, Enrolment & Marketing Manager to lead student recruitment and relationship-building initiatives with excellence, professionalism, and integrity.

As the school continues to grow, this role will also include developing outreach (business development) opportunities and cultivating partnerships with local communities to support enrolment growth and strengthen the school’s presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute student enrolment strategies to meet annual targets.

Lead the entire admissions funnel, from inquiry to conversion, ensuring high lead-to-enrolment rates.

Create and monitor data driven sales forecasts, pipeline management, and monthly reporting.

Identify new market segments, feeder schools, and strategic enrolment opportunities.

Represent the school at school fairs and networking events to generate qualified leads.

Ensure alignment of brand messaging across all communication and promotional materials.

Drive digital campaigns, open days, school tours, and community engagement events.

Provide counselling to prospective parents and students.

Ensure timely follow-ups, data accuracy, and leads nurturing.

Establish and maintain relationships with education consultants, agencies, and key partners.

Supervise and coach admissions executives to maintain a responsive and professional front office.

Set clear KPIs and performance standards for the admissions team.

Streamline admissions processes, documentation, and SOPs to improve efficiency and experience.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales, admissions, or a customer-facing role, preferably in the education industry.

Proven experience in meeting or exceeding enrolment/sales targets.

Familiarity with curricula such as KSSM and Cambridge IGCSE, and parent expectations in the private/international school segment.

Strong sales acumen, with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

Analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making ability.

Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently and under pressure.

Excellent command of English; multilingual skills - Mandarin is an advantage.
