This role involves promoting the brand through strategic PR and marketing events, ensuring timely updates of communication channels, and managing various public relations activities. Ideal candidates should hold a diploma or degree in a related field with relevant experience—degree holders require 3-4 years and diploma holders should have 5-7 years. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia/Chinese are essential.

Promotes Sunway Medical Centre Penang brand, products and services through strategic PR and Marketing events to create and increase awareness amongst public, generate continuous business and remains top of consumer mindshare.

Explores and pilot new initiatives/ collaborations in growing the healthcare events space.

Ensure timely update of all hospital communication channels with current information, includes digital display, poster boards, brochures, newsletters, etc

Organise public relations and communications activities including media interviews, press releases, native articles, new products or services launches, press conferences, etc.

Coordinate to ensure publication of collaterals, notices, newsletters and other corporate communication materials such as booklets, flyers, corporate brochures, posters, etc.

Manage hospital wide signage which include liaising with internal departments and vendors.

Managing and keep track of the advertising & promotion budget.
