This role reports directly to the Content Specialist Lead. The ideal candidate enjoys creating content, is open to learning SEO, and is confident using AI tools to support on‑page and off‑page marketing. You will help produce articles, visuals, and short videos that support traffic growth and brand visibility.

Job Description
Content Creation
  • Write clear and engaging content for blogs, landing pages, social posts, and campaigns
  • Assist in planning and producing short‑form videos for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Use AI tools to support content ideas, scripts, outlines, and early drafts
AI Assisted Production
  • Create content with AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Jasper AI, and other tools
  • Support workflow improvement by using AI to speed up research and production
Visual and Video Editing
  • Edit pictures for blogs and social posts, including simple adjustments and resizing
  • Produce and refine short videos with basic cuts, subtitles, and transitions
  • Contribute to UGC style content that feels natural and authentic
SEO and Optimisation Support
  • Learn SEO basics, including keywords, metadata, alt text, and internal links
  • Assist in updating and improving articles based on performance insights
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • At least two years of working experience in content marketing
  • Strong writing ability with clear and natural English
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper AI, or similar
  • Basic skills in photo and video editing tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
