Job summary

A property development firm in Klang, Selangor is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive in Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the property development industry and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and handling social media. A positive attitude and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role. Applicants should possess their own transport and be available to work Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays.

EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE, SALES & MARKETING

Responsibilities

• Coordinating marketing campaigns & sales activities.
• Monitor A&P budget and expenditure within approved budget.
• Execute necessary marketing & sales activities as planned.
• Handling social media & content marketing and visual.
• Keep track on company website info to be updated on timely manner and monitor all enquiry on daily basis.
• Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kit, leaflets, banners, digital marketing, video & etc.
• Organized on site event, roadshow.
• Liaise with vendors/external parties of their services provided, quotations and jobs delivery on timely manner.
• Attend and update of all walk-in/phone calls/mail enquiries on enquiries report and to follow up on timeline manner.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments efficiently.
• Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies / Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in PowerPoint.
• At least 3 years of working experience in property development industry is a MUST for this position.
• Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Confident, responsible, self-motivated, outgoing and responsive that able to communicate & present well with any level of people and work as a team.
• Possess own transport.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm, Alternate Saturdays from 8.00am to 12.00pm
