ServAuto is a fast-growing automotive aftersales platform based in Malaysia. The company standardizes car care services and ancillaries experience from online to offline, offering transparent pricing and quality assurance through a trusted workshop network. ServAuto combines e-commerce scale with physical network reliability—connecting car owners to quality workshops for oil changes, window tinting, and automotive accessories with one transparent, consistent brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Brand Execution & Store Experience (Own + Franchise)
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all outlets (logo usage, colours, service menu, pricing display).
- Develop & maintain the Retail Brand Playbook for franchisees.
- Plan & execute all in-store POSM:
- Service menu boards
- QR review stations
- Tinting charts
2. New Outlet Launch Marketing
- Create full launch marketing plans for all new workshops.
- Oversee key pre‑launch assets:
- Google Business setup & optimisation
- Waze pin
- Plan Grand Opening promotions (e.g., early‑bird tinting discounts, free wipers, review rewards).
- Manage local community outreach: neighbourhood groups, local influencers, car clubs.
3. Local Area Marketing (LAM)
- Analyse demographics, competition, and pricing around each outlet.
- Plan and execute hyperlocal marketing activities:
- Local flyer distribution
- Community group postings
- Tie‑ups with nearby businesses
- Local creators/TikTokers walk‑in content
- Coordinate with internal TikTok teams to push location‑specific videos.
4. Offline Events & Local Engagement
- Plan and support offline events such as:
- Car club meetups
- Community auto‑care workshops
- Collaboration events with partners (malls, neighbourhood associations, car groups)
- Ensure event branding, POSM, goodie bags, and staff briefing are aligned with ServAuto standards.
- Capture event content (photos/videos) for TikTok and retail portfolio.
- Dashcam showcase
- Engine oil shelf
- Conduct regular audits (onsite/remote) to ensure visual consistency and merchandising quality.
6. Onsite Visit & Brand Compliance Checks
- Perform regular outlet visits to:
- Inspect POSM placement
- Review branding consistency
- Identify improvements and corrective actions
- Maintain audit checklist & reporting for internal tracking.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Strategy, or a related field.
- 5 years and above experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation.
- Experience in Automotive, FMCG, F&B or lifestyle retail is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and shopper marketing.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills, able to manage multiple outlets and campaigns simultaneously.
- Confident in stakeholder management, both internal and external (suppliers, partner team etc).
- Creative thinker with a hands‑on attitude — able to take ideas from pitch to execution.
- Strong team player who can collaborate across departments and provide progress updates clearly and regularly.
- Data‑literate: able to analyze performance, identify insights, and translate them into actions.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking partners.
