Marketing Campaigns and Promotions
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to promote property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and events.
- Oversee event/roadshow arrangements, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
- Liase with relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, banners, digital assets, etc.) in line with brand guidelines.
- Support sales team with marketing collaterals and campaign activities to drive leads and conversions.
Digital Marketing (Main Focus)
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, property portals, search engines, and email.
- Prepare design and content briefs with clear objectives and inputs for the creative agency/studio team.
- Coordinate and follow up on the status of creative deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Review and provide feedback on creative outputs to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance
Creative Development (Non-Digital)
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and agencies on creative materials.
- Prepare and submit creative briefs; follow up on creative brief status to ensure timely delivery of artworks and content.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market studies and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
Administrative & Coordination
- Liaise with advertising/media agencies, creative vendors, and property portals.
- Ensure marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget.
- Handle approvals, documentation, and preparation of marketing reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
