The Job:

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to drive performance across paid and organic digital channels through hands‑on campaign execution, optimisation, and analysis. This role focuses on improving acquisition efficiency, conversion performance, and ROI through data‑driven experimentation and close collaboration with content, product, and data teams.

  • Performance Marketing Execution
  • Execute and optimise digital campaigns across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Support organic and lifecycle initiatives through coordinated campaign execution.
  • Apply structured testing approaches for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance to improve ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Perform day‑to‑day campaign adjustments including budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative rotation.
  • Identify performance trends and optimisation opportunities across channels.
  • SEO & Organic Growth Support
  • Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, on‑page optimisation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with content and technical teams to improve organic visibility and traffic quality.
  • Monitor organic performance and recommend optimisation actions.
  • Analyse user journeys and conversion funnels to identify drop‑offs and improvement opportunities.
  • Support A/B testing for landing pages, creatives, and messaging.
  • Work with product and design teams to improve conversion outcomes.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Insights
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
  • Maintain performance dashboards and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Translate insights into actionable optimisation recommendations.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work with content, social media, product, and data teams to align campaigns, tracking, and messaging.
  • Support campaign planning and execution timelines across teams.
  • Participate in performance reviews and optimisation discussions.
Requirements:

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital performance marketing or paid media roles.
  • Strong hands‑on experience managing and optimising paid campaigns across major platforms.
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics, attribution basics, and conversion optimisation.
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio (or equivalent).
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience running or supporting mobile app advertising campaigns (e.g. app installs, re‑engagement, or in‑app event optimisation) is an advantage.
  • Proactive, execution‑focused, and continuously improvement‑driven.
