We are seeking a result-oriented Senior Executive - Marketing to manage the performance of our brands, including Buds Organics, Dr. Buds Organics, Iremia, Buddies, and Esmeria. As a pioneer in certified organic personal care, we offer a dynamic environment for candidates passionate about sustainability and purpose-driven marketing.

The ideal candidate will oversee brand management through the 4Ps and lead collaborations with key industry players. We need a strategic thinker who can navigate the omni-channel landscape, blending traditional marketing with advanced digital and e-commerce strategies.

Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy and execution of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion (4Ps) for assigned brands.

Plan and execute content and digital campaigns across social media platforms.

Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to build brand credibility and engagement.

Monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize marketing ROI.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.

Collaborate with Sales and Creative teams; mentor junior marketing staff to foster professional growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably within FMCG, beauty, or skincare.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and proficiency in AI-powered content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI).

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and turn insights into strategic actions.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus to manage diverse stakeholders).
