  • Lead influencer/KOL strategies: sourcing, negotiation, content direction and performance tracking.
Paid Media & Performance
  • Plan, execute and optimise Meta ad campaigns with detailed geotargeting and audience segmentation to drive conversions and store traffic.
  • Monitor campaign analytics, identify insights and implement data‑driven optimisation for continuous performance improvement.
CRM & Loyalty Marketing

  • Track CRM campaign effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on customer behaviour insights.
Brand Activation & Partnerships
  • Coordinate brand partnerships, collaborations and co‑marketing activities to grow brand visibility and acquire new audiences.
  • Plan and execute on‑ground activations, mall events and roadshows to strengthen physical presence and support retail performance.
  • Liaise with malls for media placements, event approvals and localised marketing opportunities.

  • 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience (retail or FMCG experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic design or video editing skills are an advantage.
  • Strong project management, multitasking ability and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
