Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing cum Content Creator Executive to join our dynamic marketing team at EMP SOLUTION SDN. BHD., based in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation for our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Utilize AI tools to create compelling and visually-appealing content (eg. social media posts and videos)
• Plan, create and publish engaging digital content for social media and e-commerce platforms
• Edit videos for marketing and sales purposes, including TikTok, livestream highlights, ads and product demos
• Host live streaming sessions to promote products, engage audiences and drive sales
• Collaborate with sales and operations team to ensure smooth livestream execution
• Manage and monitor performance metrics for the online sales platforms including TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and other relevant channels
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools, livestream best practices and e-commerce algorithms

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the marketing & communications or digital & search marketing industry
• Strong content creation skills with hands-on experience using AI tools
• Comfortable and confident in live-streaming and on-camera presentation
• Solid video editing skills (Capcut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar)
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools, platforms and social commerce trends
• Good understanding of SEO principles and experience in implementing SEO strategies
• Creative, self-driven and results-oriented
• Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about the fast-paced world of digital marketing
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa and English are encouraged to apply
