Support corporate communications, branding, digital marketing, and social media initiatives, including content creation, stakeholder coordination, and campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Implement corporate communications strategies, internal engagement initiatives, and Group-wide communication plans.
- Draft, edit, and coordinate corporate materials, including emails, announcements, presentations, reports, and social media content.
- Support media, PR, marketing communications, and internal communications initiatives to engage employees and external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, investor roadshows, webinars, and stakeholder engagements, including logistics and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams, marketing, design, digital, and external vendors to produce high-quality communication materials.
- Monitor and analyse communication campaigns and social media engagement, recommending improvements.
- Track media and industry trends, support executive briefings, and maintain up-to-date materials.
- Uphold brand identity across all platforms and ensure timely, compliant communications.
- Provide general communications and administrative support to management as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or 1–2 years’ experience in corporate communications, PR, marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin fluency is a plus.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and interpersonal skills; detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Understanding of corporate communications, branding, and media relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
