We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Communications team. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in executing SEO and SEM strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
Job Search Application Marketing
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s job search application.
Optimise app store listings (ASO) to increase visibility and downloads.
Manage paid advertising campaigns to drive app installs and engagement.
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
Conduct keywords research and optimise website content for better search rankings.
Monitor and improve website health (technical SEO, page speed, indexation, etc.).
Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
Track and analyse SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
Collaborate with relevant team members to ensure SEO best practices in web copy and blog articles.
Website and Digital Performance Optimisation
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve website user experience and conversion rates.
Ensure website compliance with SEO and SEM best practices.
Analyse and report on website traffic, lead generation, and other key performance metrics.
Other Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for effective digital marketing execution.
Manage social media advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to support lead generation efforts.
Assist in email marketing and CRM campaigns for client engagement.
Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Min 3 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other digital marketing tools.
Hands‑on experience in managing PPC campaigns and budget allocation.
Familiarity with content marketing and social media advertising.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
Good communication skill and stakeholder management.
