Performance Marketing Lead - Digital Growth & Planning

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead / Digital Growth Lead to own and drive outcome-based paid media performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant digital platforms. You will be accountable for performance strategy, campaign structure, conversion and tracking integrity, budget optimisation, and ROI outcomes, ensuring all paid media and digital funnels contribute to sustainable, measurable business growth. The role holds decision authority to scale, reallocate, optimise, or stop campaigns based on performance data and return on investment.

KRA 1: Performance Strategy & Growth Ownership

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and translate business objectives into a clear performance marketing and digital growth strategy.
  • Define channel roles, priorities, and scalable growth direction across paid platforms.

KRA 2: Campaign Execution & Optimisation

KRA 3: Conversion, Tracking & Analytics Ownership

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience
